J. Scott Bensing is a former Executive Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee and one of Roll Call magazine’s Fabulous Fifty congressional staff members. With over 15 years of Capitol Hill experience he has served as senior staff in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate. Scott first came to Capitol Hill as a naval officer working for the Secretary of the Navy. He also served at sea during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
