Fighting the terror, global securaty, spread of democracy: those are official reasons that allow US intervation to sovereign countries. However, the world has been striving to figure out what the real porpuses are of invading Iraq.

Among many groups of people there are those who believe in America's dream of world wide prosperity and they believe that America is that superpower which is able to establish it. However. not everybody believes that "American joy" is the main reason to start wide scale military operation. According to well documented history of US foreign policy there were plently of so-called justifiable interventions, military operations.

Every war escalated nowadays must bring profits to those who say 'yes' to war. Iraq is not an exception. War is the main source of incomes to military manufacturers. Military industry is developed in that way; battlefield becomes a place where new weapons are practicaly tested. The heads of companies such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and General Dynamics inspire Washington to start one more endless conflict which will give well-paid orders of creating arms. After the war, when the country is devasteted, other corporations will march into and privatize everything. Corporations will get orders of rebuilding infrastructure and everything that US bombs destroyed. Finally, great oficers and officials will have jobs in the same companies as soon as they retire.

War usualy leads to a shortage in the supply of primary commodities. Finally, a shortage result high prices and transnational companies run bussiness in devastated areas. It was reported that US senator Dianne Feinstein with her husband are making millions from Iraq war. Their company, 'Perini', makes contracts that brings huge incomes from warfare. What is more, Feinstein voted for resolution that gave former US president George W. Bush the authority to invade Iraq.

In order to prevent from this and many other cases The War Profiteering Act Of 2007 was enacted. Its purpose is to create criminal penalties for war profiteers who run their bloody bussiness in Iraq or in other part of the world. War profiteering cases are often brought under the Civil False Claims Act, which was enacted in 1863.

As numerous cases have shown, the engine of military intervations was not a devotion to democracy, but a secret  appetence for setting their own rules. The United States wishes to create safe world for American corporations; tries to extend its web of political and economic hegemony. These are only few reason allowing and justifying  their bloody bussinees. The United States of America is considered to be the most powerful country in the world. Even if it is true it does not give a valid excuse to act as a "Global police officer''.
