<P>Subject of thesis: the pendulum (original date written 02/16/2005)<BR>
Here in America, the land of the free (rednecks, non rednecks, and liberals) ,we have a society that has been evolving for over 200 years in democracy . Well we probably need to change that to balance of power free society. <BR>
You can see the evolution of our country through the study of history, not the revised type taught by mainstream liberal, 60’s longhaired, yuppie guru professors in our current educational system, but by actual historical events, and the progress of a free society to ,first remain free , through strength, and second to be a caring people and help the members of our society who actually require help.<BR>
Now the theory of the pendulum:<BR>
The Pendulum, as with the justice symbol tries to remain in the center. It is the pivotal symbol that keeps all balance and in the end makes all things equal. Now the pendulum will swing left or right until the majority of the people under its control rise up and rebel, thereby forcing movement in the opposite direction.<BR>
The pendulum remained centered through history. Around 1970, a tiny group of radical people, with the backing of the mainstream media, forced the pendulum to move against its will to the left, (liberal). The silent majority sat silent, not believing that the movement to stop the war against communism in south East Asia had any possible chance of success since the only experience to this date was WW11 and the Korean action, where no protesters stood out. <BR>
The silent majority was “dead” wrong.<BR>
We then began to receive from liberal Supreme Court, rulings that gave criminals more rights than victims, and a great more attention to the rights of accused than to the rights of, the everyday law abiding taxpayer. Even though these rulings were in accordance with the Constitution, they were lacking in good common sense. These rulings tied the hands of law enforcement, by striking down rules of arrest and probable cause, which had endured for over 100 years. They also sent a message to criminals that they were free to practice their trade, bound only by their ability to keep their mouth shut.<BR>
Then the ultimate ruling was released</P>

<P>We suffered terribly through such liberal presidents as LBJ, and Jimmy Carter, with nonsense government aimed at the redistribution of wealth from working people to a welfare state. What we received was a welfare state that was designed by democrats to reelect them and keep them in power.<BR>
Today we see still, the remnants of that plan. Minorities by and large continue to vote for democrats even though the democrats continue to denigrate minorities openly.<BR>
In the entire silent majority sat silent, as though their hands were tied and their vote did not count. As the courts were stacked by 70’s liberals the silent majority sat silent. As crime increased the silent majority sat silent. As taxes increased to  a record of 48% on top taxpayers ,the majority sat silent. As interest rates climbed to 21% they sat silent. As Americans were taken hostage by Islamic radicals, they sat silent.<BR>
All this time while the silent majority sat silent, the  radical’s of the 60’s and 70’s became college professors (tenured of course), (that means can never be fired), and became appointed to the federal bench as liberal judges. <BR>
You have to see the brilliance of this strategy, when the liberal agenda cannot be voted by the minority, then regulate the masses by education and court rule.  By the way, this is how the fascism and communism ruled the masses. First remove gun ownership then control them with education of youths, to the radical beliefs, and finally with court rulings that carried rule of law. <BR>
All this time the silent majority sat silent.<BR>
We sat silent trying day to day to make a living with 21% interest on loans and 48% tax rate. The requirement for success required two person worker families, and latch key kids: i.e. no mom at home when school was out. The welfare state was in full bloom by this time with countless voters for democrats, and no light at the end of the tunnel for working families. Still we sat silent. We sat silent as crime continued to increase and take away the very last dominion of safety, our home. Crime became the accepted norm instead of something you read in the paper. And while working two or three jobs to give or kids the life they needed, we still sat silent and allowed the government to take our money and give it to someone who would not work except to have more kids, and vote for democrats. We allowed the courts to rule drug addicts and alcoholic’s to get social security as disabled. We allowed the criminals to get short sentences or probation as they should be rehabilitated and could become good citizens, and finally we allowed the government to restrict our gun rights and began to take religion from schools and courts. And while the end of freedom stared us in the face, we sat silent.<BR>
We sat silent!  <BR>
Well not quite!<BR>
Enter Ronald Regan<BR>
Finally a man to get our blood boiling and give notice that the silent majority had a say in our government and that a evil empire did exist and it was dominant in our society and it was none other that communism. He pledged to fight it on all fronts, every day and to call a spade a spade.<BR>
Hence, the pendulum begins to swing right. <BR>
The fight was just beginning, as Ronald Regan became president  Iran immediately released our prisoners. Iran, and <BR>
The Islamic extremist believed he would attack them and destroy their very existence, which he would have. You see, in difference to liberal, turn the other cheek , yuppie guru's, some people in this world only respond to a more powerful force being applied to them. Hence a lesson in today’s world, take note, apathy breeds aggression by thy enemies, as Europe has and will continue to discover. Peace can only be achieved through victory. Same as the school bully, when you whip him he ceases to trouble you.<BR>
As Mr. Regan began his tenure he knew the fight was schools, courts and communism and that all three were related in their goal to destabilize the u.s.a. <BR>
He fought with both houses ruled by democrats but won his battle to empower America by going to the people  “the silent majority” we no longer sat silent”. <BR>
We no longer sat silent and demanded the courses he traveled as he was truly “one of us “. As he lowered the tax rate the economy prospered. As the tax rate came down incomes went up, business prospered, but communism continued. The left leaning judges continued to rule badly, the democrats continued to pass crazy laws, but the silent majority no longer sat silent. We demanded normalcy and they responded as they lost seats in congress. Then the most brilliant strategy of all came from Mr. Regan. He decided to build the ultimate, a shield to protect the U.S. from anyone by building a missile defense system. Up until this time the safety of the U.S. depended on mutual destruction of both countries in the event of a nuclear war, he stopped that cold. He knew Russia would go broke trying to keep up with our production capability.  <BR>
And now the pendulum begins to race to the right. As judges become to old, and retire Regan replaces them with more conservative, traditional jurists, and the silent majority becomes involved in the democratic process by calling house and senate members influencing their vote.<BR>
The pendulum swings right!<BR>
Eight years of Regan were not nearly enough to right the wrongs of the past , but a very good start, because he awoke a sleeping giant in the silent majority, and caused the pendulum to move near center again. American’s finally began to be involved in their future.<BR>

The Silent Majority has again become sleepy and the U.S. is on the verge of electing a Jimmy Cater D.N.A. deficient clone. A person born of radicalism and has clear association's with the 70's Radicals. This clone is much worse; he also possesses the racial hatred from the 50's but in reverse. <LI>Capture one or both of the political parties in the US</LI>
<LI>Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights.</LI>
<LI>Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism, and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in text books.</LI>
<LI>Gain control of all student newspapers</LI>
<LI>Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.</LI>
<LI>Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.</LI>

<LI>Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings", substitute shapeless, awkward, and meaningless forms.</LI>

<LI>Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture - - education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.</LI>
<LI>Eliminate all laws or procedures, which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.</LI>

<LI>Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.</LI>
<LI>Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.</LI>
<LI>Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.</LI>
<LI>Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.</LI>

<LI>Repeal the Connally Reservation so the US can not prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike. </LI>
