I retired from SBC/ATT as a manager over forecasting in 2001. Since then I have worked as an adjunct instructor at Richland Community College. For over 20 years, I have written for both local newpapers and newsletters. My interests are wide ranging. My particular interest in politics stem from my being taught as a child as we prepared for elections along with my dad who was precinct chairman in an all Black precinct in Beaumont, Texas. I remember making calls urging voters to go to vote.
