Free Internet Media is a web publishing firm which exists primarily to develop revenue generating web sites, but we also operate a number of sites primarily for the purpose of making the world a better place.
Many of these sites are apolitical, such as Make Happiness, but some are very political in nature, such as People's Democracy.
Unfortunately, our experience with political web sites has introduced us to a very disturbing phenomena: Google often penalizes web sites which do not support Google's fascist liberal agenda.

The recession, or depression, is upon us - and it doesn't look like it[s going away any time in the next few years. The unemployment rate is higher than it has been in the last 26 years, and it's still rising. We've had five straight months of deflation, hundreds of billions of dollars of Alt-A mortgages are heading into default, the government is spending trillions of dollars it hasn't collected yet, and stock market insiders are selling thirty times more stock than they are buying.

Tax competition is a term you are going to be hearing a lot in the next few years.
Low taxes create growth and prosperity; high taxes strangle it. Government that take a larger share of their nations wealth cause businesses to fail, citizens to become unemployed, and economics to shrink. Governments that take a smaller share of their citizens wealth allow business to grow, individuals to become prosperous, and economies to flourish.

Moral Equivalence and Religious Freedom

My left-leaning acquaintances consistently attempt to convince me that all religions are equally good and equally bad. This is one instance of the doctrine of "moral equivalence."
The trouble is, moral equivalence just isn't true. If you and I were to meet on the street, I could smile at you or I could punch you in the nose. Few would claim that these acts are morally equivalent.

Reading the pedophilia fantasies and other smut that Obama's "Safe Schools Czar" Kevin Jennings and his organization, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) are pushing on American schoolchildren left me feeling incensed. This organization started out as Jennings' own personal project and has grown to be the mammoth organization that it is today, working towards making schools safe for all children, irrespective of their gender identity and sexual orientation.
