The US Diversity Lottery (DV) program for Green Cards, authorized by the United States government, awards 55,000 new US green Cards to applicants from all over the world each year. The green card lottery application winners are randomly selected by computer selection creating a list for the government 50,000 winners. All of the green card winners can potentially receive a green card, permitting them and their families to the opportunity of lining, working, and studying in the United States.
