Dr. Bill is a free-lance management consultant and part-time college professor. He got his PhD in leadership and organizational behavior/mgt from Capella University in 2009 and has spent the better part of 30 years working in leadership roles of varying capacity and responsibility. He currently resides in Buena New Jersey.
